this all happened right here at union station. one of the escalators she said a man was standing right in front of her. she ask ed him if she could walk past hivment it was a bus situate day inside. the man approached her he let her threw and then with a closed fist bashed her right in the face. that picture is what her face looked like. tonight amtrak police says they're investigating the incident and till looking for the suspect. the archdiocese is claiming their religious is being violated. the church is citing the first amendment for the basis of this lawsuit. we wanted to show you the ad that the church wanted to place with the archdiocese of. with the message find the perfect gift but metro rejected it saying they don't allow issue oriented instituted that ban in 2015 after a pro israel group wanted to feature the islamic profit muhammad. the archdiocese argu ed those ads were independent situatery where those promotes piece. in august the aclu also sued on the same grounds. metro has yet to comment on either lawsuit. north
