from the line ups to the community meetings we want every officer at the constitution of the united states station to know how they impact the rates the officers are required to handle large numbers of calls particularly with the staffing we have right now we are going to constantly approve but once the officers buy in to the plan they understand with the increase of the targeting patrols a decrease in calls for service is going to happen. accountability is very important part of this plan. every member at parks station is held accountable and their performances is monitored and there are in expectations when it comes to reducing crime their accountable for working toward reducing crime. one of the biggest thing is intelligence led policeing it's a critical element of tracking it's one of our elements for i guess in the 30s and 40s police control has been you've got assigned to a graphical area and hoping our close to something when it happens. what we do is every morning when i come in the first thing i read the reports and as i'm reading the reports dissipating them through into 4 stacks we have
