so we have thick fog in spots this morning as a result of the unseasonably cool temperatures allowingproper, i guess, environment for that fog to form. there's that low pressure system, another one basically chugging through the northern portion of the great lakes. and south, central and eastern canada. that continues to provide us with that chilly flow and that's why our temperatures are running below normal. back at home, basically cloud line and rain line staying just to our south. the next weather system tries to raise in tomorrow. inyeeg clouds after a sunny start. could be a shower or thunderstorm in the afternoon. otherwise we dry out the rest of the week. temperature get comfortable but really not back to normal as we roll through most of the upcoming week. today, mostly sunny. we'll try to warm back up after this chilly start. we almost flipped the numbers from 58 to 85. as our two-degree guarantee. running tonight back in the low 60s in many spots. not as cool. tomorrow, again, a chance of a shower looking for a high in the mid-80s. >>> let's check the roads once again with

unseasonably cool weather driving across the western states or at least the upper midwest, but the southwest will certainly be on the toasty side. as far as what we're looking at and how much rainfall enough to produce flash flood warnings, and also across the tri-state area of new york, new jersey, and connecticut where the rain is right now it's mostly across the, just west of i-95 and will be heading to the east. this could produce severe weather, as well, on top of the thunderstorms that will produce some heavy rain. from southeast texas across dixie into atlanta is when we're seeing most of the rainfall right now. and that will fill in as we go through time. all right, shuttle's scheduled to land at 10:48 eastern time, about an hour and a half, looks like the weather is going to cooperate. there's not enough rain around at this point to produce a situation where they would delay that landing. but they'll give the final call, probably in another half hour or so. >> cool. okay. very good, you'll let us know, right? >> you bet. >> thank you, rob. >> sure. >>> we are focusing on our forces

i think we're getting more humidity coming in out of the gulf of mexico, so it's been dry, unseasonablyay broke a record low. 56 degrees yesterday morning. warmer this morning, here's why, a cold front across memphis. ahead of that, wind arriving out of the gulf of mexico, transporting moisture into the air, so heavy downpours, too. look at the thunderstorms around northern parts of louisiana, that stretch to say jackson, mississippi and goes to birmingham and huntsville and knoxville. and then that rain line will get toward cincinnati. here's what it looks like right now in cincinnati with the radar. let me show you what it looks like on the tower cam. because rain is out there, on the light side. it will pick up, though. 2-mile visibility, but rain off and on today, 3/4 of an inch to maybe as much as an inch. heavy downpours off and on in the lower part of ohio. let me show you the radar picture. north fort wayne, drying out a little bit, and indianapolis the rain wraps toward northern michigan, towards of wisconsin and madson getting a couple showers and thunderstorms possible also f
