unfortunately yesterday morning of all things we dealt with severe weather in areas of virginia, north carolinand south carolina. we had a deadly tornado, very rare event. we haven't had a deadly tornado in virginia in three years. here we had one at 8:30 in the morning. we'll show you pictures of the damage and the aftermath later in the show. that was just over the chesapeake. a very strange event. we had a few storms in areas of southern portions of virginia. that was mostly wind damage only one tornado but unfortunately it was a deadly one. we have a dangerous storms in minnesota crossing i 35 in iowa. they shouldn't be too much damage with the storms. you could get caught if you're heading out in the next hour or two. this weekend the hot weather, as we mentioned 102 in dallas today. and 100 on saturday. the heat is on in a few spots. again, the big story is next week just another polar plunge. polar invasion, whatever polar word you want to use. another cold outbreak. >> yeah. i was about to say it's been a long time since you mentioned triple digits. it sounds like we're not hearing them
