and this is a very controversial decision by the district attorney here in waco, texas.attorneys that we've already spoken with over the last couple of hours lashing out at these sweeping indictments. so a great deal of controversy surrounding them. 106 people indicted in all. remember, there were 177 bikers arrested that day of the twin peaks shootout there back in may of this year and had been quite some time to get to this point. and a lot of criticism levied over the last couple months of why this process was taking so long. but the district attorney here in waco coming out late last night and announcing the news of these indictments. and he also says they're still not done. >> we're not done. we still have a lot of work to do. we will continue to do that. my office is dedicated, as is the team, to seeing that justice is done in all of these cases. >> reporter: so carol, remember, there are still nearly 80 other cases that are still awaiting some sort of decision. so far nobody has been no billed, so those cases are all still pending. the grand jury will meet again n
