kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. no word as to what caused a tractor-trailer carrying tons of garbage to overturned on southbound 95 in howard county last night. traffic was backed up for miles as crews tried to write the trailer and clean up the leaking fuel and the enormous amount of debris. the driver of the truck continues to recover. a boy kids teased to recover after being struck by the family car in joppa. this was the scene just after 5:00 p.m. last night on pulaski highway. a family member was behind the wheel when the young boy was struck. the child was flown to johns hopkins trauma center but is expected to recover. >> a man is injured following a police shooting. officers arrived on monday to find a man with a gun and ordered him to drop the weapon. that is when darryl williams pointed a gun at police force and offices to shoot back. both men were taken to the hospital. the second man was treated for head injuries. >> want to know how your favorite restaurant in the city and measures up when it comes to c
