wen. i wanted to ask you about something that polo brought up in his story, and that is how young kids are going to model their behavior after their parents. in a situation where parents are allowed to do certain things, if they're vaccinated they can take off their masks indoors, according to the cdc guidelines. but kids younger than 12 can't get vaccinated. what do they do? how do you have that conversation as a parent? >> it's something i've been thinking a lot about because i have a 3 1/2 year old and a 1 year old. the 1 year old is not able to mask and i worry about this. before, everybody else around us was masked, so that helps to protect my 1-year-old. now if we go and most of the people are unmasked, i have no way to know if they're unvaccinated and unmasked, and therefore a potential danger to my children. i do think that with a 3 1/2 year old it's important for parents to continue to model masking. it will be hard to explain to a 3-year-old that i'm not wearing a mask because i'
