one of our viewers have sent this question in for you, wendell.rant gamble asks, why would a system be excluded from an exchange? again you worked at an insurance company, we're seeing this. this was in the news this week about how -- about california in particular, about how a bunch of the major health care centers in california were going to be secluded from some of the lesser, cheaper plans in california. is this a real problem? >> anyone who is going to be shopping for coverage on the exchange needs to look at the network of providers that each plan will offer and some will not include every provider. and if you have a physician that you want to be sure you're able to continue to see, if you have a hospital that's close to where you live, you should make sure that the plan you choose includes that. what we're going to be seeing is that a lot of plans will be going back to kind of the days of the hmo's a few years ago, narrow network. they do that because they can presumably save cost and enhance profits, quite frankly by having a narrow networ
