the new things we want to focus on in the richmond area, westbound 80, there was a report of a car fire. you can see that's backing things up as people make their way towards the east shore freeway and bay bridge pass the toll plaza into san francisco, you can see traffic crawling along there because of the report of some traffic hazard. we believe it's disabled vehicle they're in the process of towing away. in the meantime it's making things slow on the span. also backing things up at the toll plaza, looking at a 20- minute delay to get on the span. you can notice in the middle of your screen there, the car pool lanes are moving just fine through the toll plaza. once you get on to the span, it's slow because of the disabled vehicle. heading down to the south bay, the one issue we have been looking at, 101 northbound at tremble road. chp says there's a large pool of water in the far right lane causing cars to get around it. take it slow in that area. department of transportation has been notified however, they don't know where the water is coming from. one other issue, on 85 southbound
