north on the blue route that sharp ramp here that cuts around and puts you on the westbound schuylkill, there is the scene, of the overturn tractor trailer.& it looks like we do not have police on the scene. difficult see one guy stop, backup. we are trying get word as to whether there is any injuries to the driver, i'm not sure what the cargo is or what the deal is right thousand but light traffic this morning and that is probably what happened and as we have light volume as we did yesterday we will get faster then normal speed and then this is a tough ramp to navigate with a car, let alone a big rig. now, as you are getting ready to head outside the trent door this will cause problems for the morning rush hour, from saint david, villanova heading northbound, it is the ramp to go west out toward king of prussia. best bet, just go up to the mid county interchange, and pay a couple bucks and use the turnpike get you over to king of prussia. that will be the best way, to avoid that close another, of that ramp, once they get out there, and the crews get on the scene for morning rush hour.

schuylkill expressway westbound has been a crawl for much of the afternoon from vare through this pointt south, the whole way out to city avenue. that's where we had a major police response to this some incident that was going on. everybody's gone now. everything's opened but it is a slow crawl on the westbound side of 76. use the river drives coming out of the city. that will help you a little bit but just allow plenty of extra time if you're headed in that direction this afternoon. extra time also required on the pennsylvania turnpike eastbound speeds just in the teens but the crash near norristown is off to the side. in the lehigh valley there's a crash on 22 westbound. it's been causing a gaper delay on the eastbound side. bottom line is 78 through allentown will be a much better bet and we had a crash over the delaware memorial bridge delaware bound still sluggish there. now it's just construction taking out the left lane. in berlin there's a crash on the white horse pike at ellis avenue and a downed pole on the black horse pike there in sicklerville. we'll check it again, rick and

this is a ramp leaving center city, to get to the westbound schuylkill expressway. 0th street station in the background and look at bottleneck occurring here so anyone leaving town, center city trying to go west on the schuylkill, and for that matter even trying to get to 30th street station, i knew this would happen, that far right lane would typically let you in the station but now traffic is all bunched up here and they had to move around to get emergency vehicles in. your best bet leaving town use kelly drive, or the martin luther king drive if you want to get out of center city and head west, trying to get in toward 30th street station you can use market street or the south street bridge that will put you on the other side of the river and into 30th street update on the overturned tanker, good news, southbound lanes are opened coming into warrington, however, heading northbound that is still blocked with the clean up. jump off the at street road over to valley, bristol go around the block and hopefully before the rush hour is over we will be back in business the
