that is through howard, montgomery county, western maryland from 11:00 tomorrow night into early monday morning. we could be accumulating snow. southern maryland, fairfax, arlington, not under the winter storm watch. however, that does not mean that you will not see any accumulation. we will talk about that coming up. first, tomorrow morning, partly cloudy, 35 to 40 degrees. we will talk about the next seven days where we have not just one storm but a second storm that lingering freezing rain. pentagon has awarded a contract to renovate the site of the navy yard shooting. in september, gunmen killed 12 people inside of the building. a contracted company named chm2m will build a new entrance, remodeled cafeteria, repaint, and re-carpet the building. there will also be a memorial honoring the victims of the shooting. it is expected to be completed early next year. another reason to ease up on the gas pedal in the district -- traffic cameras are now issuing tickets with hefty fines. as of today, the tickets are not just for speeding. richard reeve is live in northwest to tell us. >> we are
