new york and western pennsylvania. we had a little bit of a chill. the almanac will reflect temperatures almost 20 degrees less than normal. we only briefly hit the 50- degree mark and the normal is 67. look at that record high. from yesterday's, soaking rain and one-and-a-half to 2 inches of rain. a few drops left over today. best news of the storm, it washed the pollen out of the atmosphere. the tree pollen count was just three. we expected to return to those higher levels. the winter storm warning remains in effect for those areas of western pennsylvania. the warnings have been dropped for maryland except in alleghany county with snow on the ground and clearing skies, a freeze warning in effect. for that part of maryland overnight. it has been hovering between 32 and 35 degrees. only marginally warmer in carroll county, where it is 39. 43 in caroline county. at ocean city, is 42 degrees. we show a brief clearing pattern as we head toward early tuesday morning and with the skies clearing, it will be cold. west winds
