here's what it is. it's an offer from a guy who says he has evidence, hasn't given the evidence yet. however you have to take that in context. this is a lawyer who is writing for a man who wants somebody else to pay his legal bills and he can't get them paid unless the governor was responsible. and he's a guy theef these seekg immunity. first of all it's not evidence. it's the suggestion, the tantalizing suggestion there may be evidence. and then you've got at least two big credibility issues with it. so my advice to everyone would be instead of overplaying it as a bomb shell which the files did and the -- times did and then ho back off. i would say put this in context. this is a long investigation, it's going to take a while. there's going to be stuff like this that just jumps out and everybody's going to exaggerate. the governor has denied it. so far there's no evidence to suggest that he's not telling the truth. i think the governor knows the consequences. if he's lying, it's a really bad situation.

what happens is almost nothing happens. and the reason is of the sites that have been identified over the years of the translate migrant by the cities for whom affordable housing is simply not part of their mission they've identified other reasons not to let go of the site. that's what you're up against and i hope this time you can break through the barrier but we've failed. if it would for the freeway sites market and acting staff we wouldn't have be able to provide the affordable housing. what is here it was good to hear mentioned specifically of the subway site that's the best site for senior housing for transit housing anymore and if it's available in 2019 it will be able to go and the city will go through the process to help with this quickly. that's 67 efficiencies unit that can be built. i want to urge you have to get community bow in. you don't want to launch an affordable housing site until the community issues have been worked out for that particular location. we don't need arguments if we do our work collectively
