sat in these woods for the better part ofsn an incredibly strong will to live. look at our video from earlier. ae1 passer bye1 called philadelphia police just after 9:00 last night saying there was a man[' the woods. that person walked by saw the wheelchair, went over to look at the wheelchair then saw the man lying there in the leaves with blankets over him. the victim who i said suffers from cerebral palsy is also a quadriplegic. he was at the top of an embankment here in cobbs creek parkway. he lives in the area with his mother and there were concerns raised as to his whereabouts when he didn't show up for school on monday. park since e1monecy possibly sunday armed with just a bible and some blankets. investigators are saying they put those blankets open him and we had rain duriqt the week.Ñi @&háhp &hc
