it's on the cantilever section on the youer deck so that's westbound 80 heading into san francisco. still blocking the slow lanes. so it sounds like from chp that there was a stall and then several their cars approached it got rear-ended and so there is a fender-bender now still out there. so we're not sure about injuries but it is very slow right now up the incline. they have not turned the metering lights on yet so the backups behind the pay gates are not too bad yet but we know bridge crews are out there working to clear it but again we don't know about injuries so that will be the determining factor to see how long it takes to clear. now, once you go the past treasure island this is a live look on the san francisco side of the span then traffic moves okay but it is still slick from the overnight rains out there. we also have this wind advisory still in effect for the bay bridge and the dumbarton bridge. so be a little extra careful washington of course continue to follow that accident there plus we have a new problem reported in livermore. all the traffic details coming up in ju

speier: thank youer -- thank you, mr. speaker. i ask unanimous consent to revise and extend my remarks. mr. speaker, today i rise quite saddened by the news that the susan g. komen race for the cure has made a political decision, a fine nonprofit that i have been associated with for years, i have run in the susan g. komen race for the cure, i have walked in the race for the cure, i have been the m.c. at a number of events locally that they have held. so i have been a big booster of the susan g. komen organization, but not anymore. their announcement yesterday that they are no longer going to fund any organization that is being investigated by a federal, state, or local body means that planned parenthood is no longer going to receive $600,000 a year. now, ironically yesterday the komen organization also announced and with great concern in a statement that the dismal rate of breast cancer screening with women who do not have insurance is something like 38.2%. last year the planned parenthood organization was responsible for over 700
