he's been tracking debby and debbie is far from done. yeah, a long way to go. and really it is just because it's moving so slowly. that's why we're worried about all the rainfall. you've got that storm system that's getting a block by ridge of high pressure the north. so it's kind of stalled out. it is moving very, very slow. watch the track, though. you can see just over the last couple of hours trying to make its way back out over open water. something else that we did not want to see as these systems get over open waters again, they can start to gather their strength. now, it doesn't look like it will become a hurricane again as lost the i formation within that system. but it will likely gather strength and pick up more moisture, be able to drop that onshore because it's not moving very fast. that's going to cause a lot of problems. in fact, you can see the area shaded there in purple. those are places that are seen over 5 inches of rain and county, some places much as 13 inches of rain. and now we're talking about another, maybe 20, maybe 25 inches of rain
