christien kafton is live in san rafael. >> reporter: these ids probable cause statements that investigators used to prove they have enough evidence to arrest joseph naso. investigators say they have dna evidence linking joseph naso to a woman. forensics will also factor in to carmen colon's face. a partial a dna profile was found. both women also appeared on a list they say they found in a surge of naso's home including 10 women in 10 locations. pamela parsons, whose body was found in yuba county in 1993 was listed as number 9, the girl from linda, yuba county. investigators found tracy tofoya's body and made reference to a girl from marysville. so far investigators have only charged naso with four homicides even though there were 10 women on that list. marin county sheriff's office spoke with the d.a.'s office and i asked them if they are looking for more victims and all he would tell me is this case is still under investigation. >>> big delays for riders of mass transit after wires went down this morning. initially guidelines were out of service but they restored the k, l, and m lines thi
