district of columbia, mid and upper 30s. southern maryland and near the bay, it's a bit milder. we will have lots of sunshine today. but a chilly day. we've got breezes right now out of the north and west bringing our windchills into the 20s. those winds will settle down today as temperatures climb into the mid and upper 40s. under a clear sky tonight we'll get cold again. down into the 30s by midnight. a look at the weekend and into next week all the way to thanksgiving. that will be at 4:51. danella, how's traffic? >>> traffic is still very light in our area. if you're taking the beltway traveling the inner loop at route 29, you're at 50 miles per hour. also, as you pass colesville road, you're going to see construction still happening on the right side of the roadway. got to stick to the left. volume is light in this area. also checking other travel speeds around the beltway. taking the inner loop as you aproe approach central avenue, you're making your way at 50 miles per hour. beltway in virginia, here's the view at van dorn street. not seeing any issues there. >>> 4:43 now.
