city, good morning, kraig? >> reporter: i am going to take you down the street and off in the district you can see some lights. union city police arrived on the scene 15 minutes ago. i did talk to the police and some workers out there and they tell me this is basically a ritual that goes on just before the shifts start. managers mostly try to pull in and picketers walk in front of the driveway so they can't get in. one suv has been there for at least 15 minutes, police are not forcing the issue and as you mentioned occupied members are working here as well. it started desk 5th, initially -- december 5th. initially several workers walked off the picket line and they want proposed health benefits but the union wants them to contribute 3,000 if they are single and if they have a family they are currently now make into the healthcare plan. talks between the two sides are being facilitated by a federal mediator and they say they consider it a victory because initially the company declined to have federal mediation in the strike. we are trying to get what their side of the story is and see what is happening in wizel.
