or whoever abducted sierra.you that the latest this morning is that they will be back out here a couple of hours from now and they will be searching parkway lakes reservoir. and you can see a gate that blocks the entrance to it. and the reason why they will be here is because it's a couple of miles away from her home and a couple of miles away from her bus stop, so the proximity, it's too close for them not to look at. they will be focusing from here on out mostly on the bodies of water in this area. it's because there have been thousands of hours of searches as far as the land is concerned, so they feel confident that that area is covered, if not completely covered so they won't be doing that. of course there will be more volunteer searches for those areas. as far as the experts, their sonar equipment, this is where they will be focusing, including other reservoirs in the area. hopefully this new evidence, including the backpacks that i talked about. also near the area, they also found a box labeled handcuffs i

the efforts to find the sierra lamar continue online.the klass kids foundation started a 24 hour social media vigil. they're asking people to change their profile picture. here is an example where someone it changed their facebook profile picture. they're asking people to do that on facebook, it twitter and all social media channels. they're asking people to leave the picture up for at least 24 hours until tomorrow night. there were about 655 people who came out to join in today's search. there run a major discoveries today. volunteers have covered a 20 mi. radius around the home of sierra lamar and they will continue to have another major search next saturday. >> the volunteer center brings people in and moves them out. neighbors in morgan hill want to do something to help find sierra lamar. organizers from a klass kids foundation know that those numbers will likely decrease. >> the community has been amazing that the reality is going to hit at some point, people do have to go back to work, you will see some effort begin to taper off, i

today's survey will target that central sierra. get a really good read on the water content along highway 50. so hopefully if all of this rain and snow we've had to endure over the weekend, we'll see improvement there in the sierra with the official snow pack reading coming on later today. 40s outside right now, no patches of fog, not too windy and no rain. so weather wise, nothing getting in the way of the commute. the radar is quite dry. one thing you'll notice today is high clouds spilling in from the pacific northwest. no rain just yet. but it will start to filter out the sun at times as we go from mostly sunny skies, partly cloudy around lunchtime and very likely mostly cloudy skies. high clouds toward the evening. game one of three, of course, the giants and a's, at&t park, should see upper 50s for first pitch time around 7:00. a nice sweatshirt should be fine heading out for the game. you'll see 50s to low 60s around the bay area. topping out today, briefly in the 70s around napa and santa rosa. mid-60s elsewhere. and as we
