i'm don scott in for gigi barnett. who worked into last night. w we're going to go into meteorologist tim williams. good morning. >> reporter: well, good morning. don and dangerous storms that rolled through yesterday. we're dealing with the aftermath and the calm after the storms. i want to show you the satellite and radar from yesterday. the satellite and radar composite to give you an idea of what happened yesterday. this is first warning weather radar yesterday afternoon. this is friday afternoon. what i would like to draw your attention is the brighter colors that you see it move across the screen. the storms rolled from the southwest to the northeast. the top right of your screen. they brought in very warm humid air from the south. it kind of collided with cooler air from the northwest. it just developed a bit of a spin. we call it shear. it is basically a change in the wind direction from the ground up as the storms start to roll you through the higher levels of the atmosphere. that shear, that spin started to create the tornadoes, as the v

thinks - it's -- why i don understand why there would be a big pro obama read out of that electorate >> because the reason the jobs are up in wisconsin is nothing to do with scott walker. it's the auto industry coming back. and the auto industry raised jobs dramatically in wisconsin, michigan, and ohio, and that's why i think the president will win all three of those states. >> i don't disagree with that at all. i think the president has the right message on a big part of the right message on jobs and the investment that was made. the real question that the president should be asking of mitt romney, your experience in the private equity world, which i don't think is a bad thing at all personally, but your experience in the private equity world taught you where to invest and how to invest. i would ask romney if i were the president, why when asked to invest in the greatest business in the united states, why did you choose not to do it? as a matter of fact, you suggested we let detroit go bankrupt. if you're such a great investor, why did you make the wrong call there? that's the question that should be asked instead of pitting people in some ways, whether they a
