again, the neighborhood roadways your secondary roads side streets folks in south philly didn't even get a plow from the storm the other day, anything that is left on the ground is all frozen over, again, there is those slippery spots, sun came out little bit yesterday. whatever melt that may have occurred is certainly refroze end on the overnight. but all of the major roadways like i95 good shape looking live at northeast philadelphia, no problems at all on 295 as you roll through south jersey. transit note here for amtrak. they are operating on modified schedule today for both the northeast corridor trains, asela express trains, cold weather impacting the trains therefore there is going to be less trains running and then delays throughout the morning. soap do check with amtrak, of your train status, offering concellations, and a chance to swap your tickets out. i know yesterday, so could be rough go for anyone using amtrak throughout the day. remember patco this afternoon, and tomorrow, kicks in the two-day new construction schedule, where they will be single tracking, gaps in serv
