we'll have another -- side either.we'll have another update for you in roughly ten minutes. >> reporter: i'm nikki burdine live at the scene after fatal accident in montgomery county. i want you to take a look at the scene on sam eig highway between diamondback drive and fields road. very sad to report a young boy believed to be about 10 years old died in this car accident. i'm told a woman was driving her vehicle eastbound here on sam eig highway around 3:45. for some reason she crossed over the median, crashed the car, burst into flames. i'm told ems crews from montgomery county were actually driving by when they spotted the car on fire. crews put the flames out. the woman expected to be just fine. she had burns on her hands, taken to the hospital fire and ems officials put that fire out. that's when they discovered the young boy and he was pronounced dead here at the scene. very sad. you can see reconstruction crews are still here and they're going to be here for at least another two, two and a half hours trying to
