the university of cincinnati police officer that shot and killed an unarmed black man during a traffictop is set to be in court today. officials released video from the officer's own body camera shot during the incident two weeks ago. nbc anne thompson has the story. we want to warn you, it may be disturbing for some of our viewers. >> the final moments of 43-year-old sam dubose life captured on body camera of the officer now accused of his murder. university of cincinnati officer ray tinsing stopped dubose for not having a license plate. he doesn't produce his license. the bottle says gin but he suggests it hold nos liquor. several more times he asks for his license. less than two minutes after the approach, tinsing fires a single shot hiting dubose in the head killing him as the car tarts to move. tinsing chases after the car and another officer arrives. >> he purposely killed him. this the bluntest of terms, dubose's death was called senseless. >> this is the most asnine act i've seen a police officer make. he wasn't dealing with someone wanted for murder okay. he was dealing with s
