"the average person spends about $250 to have those services completed. and with this program that's funded through the united way and irs, we're able to provide this service for free." you'll need to take your photo id, social security card and w2 form. for a list of tax preparation sites, head to not even a full month into the year and the state fire marshal says nine people have died in house fires. in more than half of them, people were trying to stay warm. officials say most of those fires can be blamed on candles and space heaters sitting too clo
