good morning, anne. >> reporter: good morning. this is where all those passengers you saw boarding the buses are arriving from the pittsburg bart station. they are arriving here at the north concord bart station which is the end of the line or the beginning of the line fending how you look at it but bottom line no trains are running between this station and pittsburg this morning. at least for the next couple of hours. bart shut down that part of the yellow line yesterday after 25 trains broke down. engineers spent the day looking for what might be causing power surges that are basically frying a piece of the train's propulsion system. now, this happened last month, you may remember, in the transbay tube taking 80 train cars out of service and repairing them is not easy. bart is having to take parts from other cars in order to repair some damaged cars. commuters are obviously frustrated. >> this delay in bart. i live [ indiscernible ] bay point way more convenient than all the way here. just rushing so i'm like i got to get there
