patti ann: i'm patti ann browne in for martha maccallum. as investigators begin to draw a clear line linking brussels to attacks in paris. the two brothers involved in the attacks may have secretly taped a nuclear facility. bill: one of the men is on u.s. terror watchlist. reporter: police are laying a hammer down in the brussels area. there is an operation going on right now as we speak where some of the bombers came from. 's 10 minutes from our location. this area is 15 minutes from brussels. it's a nice area. there were terror suspects in this area. that's when police came in last night. two people were arrested. a total of six people all together in central brussels and skarbeck. we talked a lot about this picture. the airport surveillance video showing the three men. the two guys in the dark jackets. those whether suicide bombers. the guy in the white jacket currently remains at large. we don't know if the operation may be going after him or if he was among them. as soon as we are done here we'll get to that other location. a possible

anne-marie. we're seeing video that appears to show at least some of the passengers from that hijacked plane being released on the tarmac in cyprus. the plane landed there just before 9:00 local time. as to how many passengers have been released, there is not much clarity at this point. local media in cyprus is saying that the hijacker or hijackers agreed to release all the women and children on board. they're saying that 30 to 40 people have been released. other media is reporting that 56 people have been released. we've also heard this morning saying that everyone on board has been released with the exception of the cabin crew and four to five passengers. the reuters news agency is reporting that there were ten american citizens and eight british citizens on board. we can't ind pendly confirm this to do so. we're also hearing some reports about who the hijacker or one of the hijackers may be. egyptian state media is reporting that he is an egyptian citizen, and local media in cyprus is reportin

i'm anne-marie green. well, crews are on the scene this morning of a california commuter train derailment. hospital, four with serious injuries. the altamont corridor express. it was traveling from san jose to stockton late last night. the alameda county sheriff's office says the train jumped the rails after hitting a tree that fell on the tracks. the first car with about six people on board fell on its side and into a creek. rescue crews had to battle fast-moving water to rescue passengers from the partially submerged car. >> i held on to the rails, and right then, the train tipped over. and then i saw people falling over from the other side of the train because the train flipped. and then the next thing we knew, the water -- we started seeing water coming into the bottom of the train. >> the second car derailed but remained upright. it was raining heavily at the time of the accident. >>> more severe weather is possible today in the southern plains. a strong storm system threatens texas, arkansas and loui

good morning, anne. >> reporter: good morning. this is where all those passengers you saw boarding the buses are arriving from the pittsburg bart station. they are arriving here at the north concord bart station which is the end of the line or the beginning of the line fending how you look at it but bottom line no trains are running between this station and pittsburg this morning. at least for the next couple of hours. bart shut down that part of the yellow line yesterday after 25 trains broke down. engineers spent the day looking for what might be causing power surges that are basically frying a piece of the train's propulsion system. now, this happened last month, you may remember, in the transbay tube taking 80 train cars out of service and repairing them is not easy. bart is having to take parts from other cars in order to repair some damaged cars. commuters are obviously frustrated. >> this delay in bart. i live [ indiscernible ] bay point way more convenient than all the way here. just rushing so i'm like i got to get there
