says around 4 o-clock yesterday morning someone started shooting at the car in the parking lot at bally's. no one was hit.. and the suspected gunman was arrested. metro is still looking into the motive behind the shooting. two people are now after a car crashes into a scooter. officers were called out to the scene near stewart and 13th street yesterday morning around 10. witnesses tell 13 action news the car ran a red light at the intersection...slamming into the scooter. the two riders were taken to the hospital, but they're expected to be okay. another crash yesterday morning sent one person to the hospital-- and the other ended up in handcuffs. this is the aftermath from the scene at arville and blue diamond. our cameras were rolling as the man was arrested on suspicion of d-u-i. we're still working to get information on the other driver's condition. rescue efforts are underway right now after a parking structure collapsed on top of workers in israel. amazlingly, 15 workers have already been rescued. and at least three others are still trapped undergound. they are said to be speaking w
