>> reporter: well, hayley, while police were investigating the child's death. they say they found drugs here at the home but they also say that the two women are persons of interest in that young child's death. this is how it all happened started. police say they got a 911 call from a home on apollo street just before 5:00 a.m. one of the women reported the 18 month-old child was not breathing. police found him in the doorway to the house. he later died while emergency workers were trying to save him. detectives say they found drugs, including meth and cocaine and that's why the women are charge. they've arrested 34-year-old angela bergy and 24-year-old kim bert colt. one of the women is the child's guardian the other is her wife. detectives say they are going to find out what happened to this child. >> it was, you know, heartbreaking to all of there's responded to that the drugs were just found as processing the scene drugs were found. right now, i think our focus is you know we have to take care of the drug issue but trying to do a thorough investigation to f

meteorologist hayley lapoint has a closer look now. hayley: yes, it's thursday so that means we had the newest drought report released by the drought monitor, and this is the latest map here. the big changes to tell you about this evening is that the severe level of the drought has now spread northward, so now this does include the concord region. moderate drought for conway into lebanon and then lesser problems with drought, in fact not technically in a drought when you get into the white mountains and points to the north. the extreme area in the southeastern part of the state, still encompassing manchester, nashua and portsmouth and to give you an idea of how we're doing so far, since january 1, we're talking about the whole calendar year, in manchester we've received 17.89-inches of rainfall. on average we're more closer 32 inches by this time of year. so we're down about 14 inches, but that is improved after last week, we were actually down about 16 inches, so the rain that we've gotten so far the past couple of days has helped. an
