this is an active police investigation with the fairfax police. that was the vehicle driven by the victim in this situation. this is what fairfax police told us five minutes ago. this started 495 on the inner loop in national harbor in maryland. this vehicle, hyundai and another vehicle got into what appears to be a disagreement on the road. virginia. at one point the driver of the hyundai, noticed broken glass in the passenger side, thefront of the vehicle. noticed an injury bleeding on his finger. at that point he realized something happened, something entered the vehicle, the hyundai. he pulled off the beltway on braddock road to this shell station. recognized, called the police said he was injured. police were able to surmise there was some sort of a projectile fired into that hyundai. possib or a b.b. gun from another vehicle. they were able to track down the other vehicle in a white chevy track, sufficient to a restaurant in i haveianna -- s.u.v. to a restaurant in vienna. pull over the vehicle on vehicle description and license plate. we don

the investigation. >> reporter: right now fairfax county police are searching for the fourth suspect. this was a thanksgiving day gathering gone fairfax county police arrested these three men. agustin, charged with murder and burglary. coca and perez are charged with burglary. not the homicide. police are looking for this man, a fourth suspect, adonay cabrera. and it took place inside of the high-rise on semain your road in the falls church section of fairfax county. on thanksgiving night, police apartment on the 25th floor. when officers arrived, they found a man suffering from trauma to the upper body. he died. after the murder, sources say two of the suspects stole some items from the victim. police arrested all three suspects. we talked to a woman who lives nearby the building. >> my brother lives here but it is a very secure and peaceful building. that is what i know. >> are you surprised that this could happen to someone on thanksgiving? >> it is unbelievable. >> reporter: again, detectives are searching for the fourth suspect. if you have any information, call the fairfax count

at least three law enforcement agencies part of this, as we'll show you some of the chase. fairfax county police initiated the chase after a traffic stop, we're told. also joining it, virginia state police and louden county sheriff's office. chopper 4 got wind of this as it approached dulles airport near route 28, and it went and went. along route 7, both eastbound and westbound. person on the chopper tried some tricky maneuvers to get through some of the ski elude law enforcement. we saw high speeds and we saw very sharp turns. we didn't see any injuries or any crashes. but this chase went for about an hour before the operator of the motorcycle got stuck in what appears to be sticky traffic in route 7 near belmont ridge. he goes beneath tunnels, through wooded areas, roadway that is near wooded areas and near a big way through cars, a lighter than normal rush hour on route 7. he eventually got stuck here, the trickest of the traffic. he pulls into the left turn lane. law enforcement isn't quite in close proximity yet. he gets off the bike, surrenders, gets down on the ground as cr
