i'm kimberly suiters. heavy downpours swiftly moved through about four hours ago. morning, trees toppled onto homes and cars after the storm. a flash flood warning remains in effect as you go to bed. josh knight has the first look at the forecast. still looking at thunderstorms moving through the area, some moving through right now. if you look really closely, people along the national harbor with their umbrellas. as far as the flash flood watches in effect, no warnings in place right now. the watches for d.c., prince and anne frederick, arundel counties. these are the areas that had heavy rain earlier the day, so as we deal with more storms overnight, those are the places with a better chance of flooding. the rain coming down heavily, parts of fairfax county, into d.c. looking at the national harbor with light rain, and towards reston, ultimately towards areas that are part of the flash flood watch -- montgomery county, into d.c. by tomorrow morning, the rain is predominantly done. we start off very warm and muggy come in the 70's. back into the 90's one more day
