the decision to charge andrew mccabe is imminent. do you think the charges will stick? >> first i think that if mccabe's representatives are meeting with the very top leadership of the justice department then charges are probably imminent. it's their last clear chance to persuade the department not to charge him. people should keep in mind how incredible this result is. this is the second time the top ranking official of the fbi being prosecuted for lying to the fbi. the other thing is that people should keep in mind this is a sign attorney general barr is trying to get to the bottom of this one as well. even thought it looks like there might have been people in the justice department misusing their powers to put off or stop the election of president trump. it didn't succeed. now the justice department is cleaning up its own mess and holding people accountable. david: it seems it was a small, but not a very big cabal involved in this. clearly peter strzok was part of this. his girlfriend, andy mccabe, they mention each other in texts
