sarah stinson standing by petaluma with the story. good morning, sarah. >> yeah, i can confirm the numbers are looking good and they're trending downward for coronavirus case rates and, you know, positivity rate. so we're looking good in sonoma county. so much so that we very well today could see the county move into the orange tier. now been live here in petaluma. and there's this planet fitness behind me. a lot of people going to the gym today if this were to happen today, then you would see jim capacity jump from 10% to 25% to see a lot more people inside the gym and most everyone i've talked to said they're comfortable with more people being in the gym. they said they're ready for it. now. the latest information, according to the sonoma county website shows there's about 3.6 new cases per day per 100,000 people and to be eligible for the orange tier. a county has to have a covid-19 case rate between one in 3.9 cases per 100,000 people. plus, you have to be in a tear with declining numbers released 2 weeks to move into a new tier i
