capacity at home. will japan succeed at that? hidetoshi: i believe so. i believe so. francine: what is the biggest challenge? what kind of timeframe are we looking at? hidetoshi: just like the case for u.s., japan has some advantages, but at the same time, some challenges. one being relatively high utility costs. also, japan is well-known for earthquakes. we have to put additional equipment to
