new at six. the chp is investigating a shooting on an east bay freeway patrol officers say shots were fired on interstate 80 westbound near central avenue in richmond just before 130 this morning. one person's car was shot, but nobody was hurt. anyone with information about what happened is asked to contact the chp. a vigil is underway right now for a man who died in a police shooting in san francisco last month. just a few hours ago, san francisco police held a town hall to offer new details and video of that shooting. officers say the man was armed with a handgun and raised it at them. that's when they opened fire. christien kafton has more on what the police investigation uncovered. police say the man who died in that officer involved shooting was 41 year old ryan blue from san francisco. they say he was armed with a handgun at the time and he raised and pointed it at officers moments before they opened fire. they released new body worn camera video of that incident. we're about to show that v
