fire investigators are trying to figure out what started a house fire in daley city.just before 6:00 last night near hillsdale boulevard. the victim, a 76-year-old man, dieed a t the scene. at least one other person was displaced by that house fire. the home sustained heavy smoke damage. arson is not suspected, though, in this fire. >>> the family run facility on the peninsula is now under human trafficking and weapons investigation. four people have been investigated and they're accused of exploiting their facilities. they operated rainbow bright. and the employees accuse the owners of making them work 24- hour days and forcing them to sleep on a garage floor. the workers were taking care of children and the elderly while their bosses allegedly trafficked them and then stockpiled guns. authorities say three of the guns were so-called ghost rifle which is means they did not have serial numbers. >> why you need this type of fire power to take care of people who are infirm, who are aged or who are children, i can't understand it. >> arrested yesterday were the four as w
