. >> i'm ama daetz. the shooting happened on westbound highway 4 near bailey 4 in contra costa county. >> alyssa harrington just got to the scene. what do you have? >> reporter: dan and ama, the car that was hit was parked at the tower market gas station in bay point. we saw it drop off a young man. he did not appear to be injured. the back window though was shattered. this happened around 9:00 tonight. it was reported near highway 4 and bailey road in pittsburgh. highway 4 has been plagued by shootings the past few months. since november of last year there has been six on highway four and there have been shootings on highway 280 and 240 and i-880. this is a big problem that law enforcement is trying to deal with and in many of those cases the shooting happens, but the shooter is able to dree off so quickly -- drive off so quickly and it is hard for witnesses to get a good look at a suspect. we also have no suspect description. we learn one person was injured by the broken glass and was treated. reportin
