news is fromng anne arundel county.noxide leak at a hotel sent nine people to the hospital. the leak was found at the westin elkridge road in linthicum heights. tom roussey is live at the scene with an update on what we have learned so far. >> this weston is very neared the airport. thes a seven-story hotel in anne arundel county fire department says they found high levels throughout various parts of that hotel. after weideo we shot got to the scene. the power company truck here. this was a carbon monoxide leak. they know four of the people who were hurt the worst by this worked in the laundry room of the hotel. hospital.taken to the shock trauma put in a hyperbaric chamber. they are expected to make it. five other people, four of them also employees, were taken to the hospital with less serious exposure. one guest was taken. they are in stable condition as well. it is still under investigation when this started. this is a seven-story hotel. the anne arundel county fire department tells me they found 700 to 800 parts pe

getting above freezing, it's in montgomery county, prince george's county, howard county, northern anne arundel, continuing to pull away. a few sprinkles lingering in southern prince george's county, into calvert. here is how much ice fell overnight. just a light glaze south and east of washington. there's washington. generally a tenth of an inch to a quarter of an inch fell in the northern and western suburb, but farther north and west, from montgomery county, loudon county, over a quart of an inch. a few spots in frederick county, some of the spots in washington, panhandle of west virginia, got half an inch of ice. and that, with some of the weaker trees, causing some of the tree limbs to snap off, coming down, and bringing power lines down. so as a result, we've got those thousands without power north and west of the metro area now. and as we look at temperatures, it is getting above freezing. in the mid-30s around the region and we'll get even warmer this afternoon. the next threat is ice falling out of the trees as we get a rapid melting into the afternoon. and maybe a storm for the weeken
