>> reporter: women, the atlantic county prosecutor's office major crimes unit was called in by atlantic first officers arrived here around 5:30, responding to a 911 call from the hospitality staff. the problem in a guest room up on the 37th floor of one of the two towers here. and the call was made by the staff, after a couple, man and woman in a room, up there on the 37th floor, did not leave as scheduled at the check-out time. and it was a man dead, and a woman hurt, we're told, that was the information given to the first call. the prosecutor showed up, eventually did talk to the reporters late last night, but would not say much beyond saying that this is a death investigation. would not say whether foul play is suspected, or whether it was a drug-related death, like overdose, or possible domestic attempted murder suicide. he did say this wasn't a random crime, so no one here at the drop has reason to worry of any further crime. meaning, it was all contained to that one guest room. >> active investigation. our investigators are taking control of the scene. >> people that were involved
