we continue to follow the breaking news out of baltimore county. sky eye chopper 13 over the scene of a train accident in ruxton. let's go back to captain mike perry with more. >> still not real clear exactly what we have here, kai. we have a light rail train that looks to be northbound on the light rail tracks, between ruxton road and joppa road. it's right near balona and carrollton. it is stopped now in the northbound direction with a medical unit and two fire apparatus and a police car here. it is -- we do know that they're request -- they've requested paramedics for a person claiming head, neck and back injuries. that person has not been taken off the train yet that we can see. this is very difficult for us to shoot because it's kind of stopped underneath of the trees. but apparently, there is at least one person injured. but it is not clear how that person became injured. and we're continuing to monitor the situation now. light rail traffic is still moving on the other track, north and southbound. we're watching trains going by here. but they

a baltimore county man was in the next 25 years behind bars for shooting a baltimore city police officer21-rolled jay jordan admitted to shooting the officer in july 2007. the officer responded to a call and the thought was baltimore area. jordan had a strong animosity for police and fired a shot from an assault rifle at the answer is that the officer, wounding him in the leg. the officer has since returned to duty. a former frederick county public school teacher is charged with molesting a student. the 50-year-old is accused of having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student from may to september 2011. he is a 27-year-old veteran of the school system and was put on administrative leave when officials learned of the relationship. he will appear in court on june 19. meanwhile, baltimore county police offered charged with sexually assaulting a fellow officer. 42-year-old heir orleans is accused of giving another officer a foot massage that turned sexual -- harold williams is accused of a female officer was working out with williams on a personal time when he engaged her with a foot

we are off to a rainy start and trouble in baltimore county where there's a crash in monkton. it's on jarrettsville pike at manor road. if you are traveling in the area, you do want to be extra careful. in baltimore city, an accident has just cleared from payne street at dundalk avenue. everything back to normal now. as far as the northeast corridor of 95, absolutely nothing to get in your way. it will be an easy ride from white marsh all the way into the city. we do have some police activity, though, on the beltway. it's on the outer loop there at pulaski highway, but not affecting traffic. it's actually confined to the shoulder, speeds clocking in at 60 miles per hour. as we check in and take a live look in parkville, everything up to speed. that outer loop really starting to pick up, but steady up towards 83. as far as the west side is concerned, more traffic here at liberty road. do expect a 14-minute ride on that outer loop right now from 795 down towards 95. if you are using the jfx to get into the city, no concerns. it will be delay free from the beltway all the way from
