bay bridge toll plaza, the metering lights are officially on. am noticing accidents right beyond the berkeley curve along 80, so as you approach the toll plaza you're going to hit a couple of spots of flooding as well. i do want to give you an update because chp now reporting some flooding along 680. now, this is heading in the northbound direction and this is expected to cause some delays as we inch closer to the 6:00 a.m. hour, as well as through the stretch along milpitas. the speed right now is moving at about 45 miles per hour, but because of that flooding you could start to notice some delays. i talked about that stretch approaching the berkeley curve. not only do we have a crash, but also we have what looks to be a stalled vehicle at university avenue, and both directions are being impacted. there's also another crash unrelated to the opposite side of that. in the south bay, another area reporting some flooding. this time along highway 101. you can see it's starting to cause delays. the speed sensors moving at about 14 miles per hour. we'
