in february 1980, a man's body was found in a benicia creek bed. drinking toxic chemicals not meant for human consumption, but his identity remained a mystery until monday, when the sheriff's office reported that the doe cold case project identified the body as donald jean eureka from las vegas. he was 25 years old at the time of his death. facial recognition and facial reconstruction technology and dna testing helped identify him. one person died today in sonoma county after this two story cabin caught fire in forestville. that fire broke out in a heavily wooded area along woodside drive between river and canyon roads. fire crews got to the home around 2 p.m, and were able to put that fire out before it spread to vegetation. crews were still at the scene mopping up around 5:00 this evening. no word yet on the identity of the victim. >> a historic settlement has been reached by the bureau of prisons. $116 million will be paid to more than 100 women who were sexually assaulted while incarcerated at the now closed all women's federal prison in dublin
