if you're unfamiliar where it is sandwiched between the tacony-palmyra bridge and betsy ross. all the drivers move to one lane and this delay just goes on and on for miles out there. the delay basically stretches from past cottman avenue down to the scene at bridge street. you can see the headlights for what appear to be forever out there on 95. let's take you to the other cameras right now. penndot camera and what it looks like at the scene. at around 4:30 this morning and that is where we are seeing the backup forming at the scene and that backup has only gotten worse. 95 southbound as you approach cottman avenue and this is the southbound side and you can see that delay hasn't impacted 95 just yet. but just beyond cottman avenue that's where we start to see the big backup forming and that's where you see it on the maps out there. indicating we are seeing really heavy delays as you saw in those live pictures. so, here's how you can get around it. you can take it at the aramingo ramp and that will help you bypass the delay and the accident scene. that's going to be a good opt
