bruce johnson joins us on the phone with details of a break in at the d.c. inspector general. bruce, what is going on? >> we just got this information a short time ago. late monday afternoon, between 5:30 and 5:45, emancipation day, a local holiday for the d.c. government and d.c. residents. somebody broke into the offices of the d.c. auditor. the d.c. auditor conducts inspections and anything and everything that the auditor deems fit to be looked at. somebody broke into the offices, which are in suite 900. that's 717, 14th street northwest. also point out this is the same building that houses the offices of the d.c. inspector general who has been investigating alleged corruption. now, according to my high ranking sources, this person was to the 9th floor. went into the offices of the auditor and took at least one, possibly two computers. i'm told there may be video tape of this. metropolitan police have a report on file that may have video tape of a suspect. at this point, my source identify the suspect as somebody wearing a mask. d.c. police are investigating. lesli. >> bruce
