okay over at carquinez bridge and benicia bridges. stephanie chuang is in the north bay. last december we had considerable rain, a lot of flooding in the north bay. what do you see up there now? >> reporter: good morning to you, mike. right now it is dry, no rain just yet but as you mentioned, it was pretty bad here at one point in december. we're at the cove shopping center in tiburon. the champagne salon and day spa was hit hard. "closed for remodeling due to flood damage" and the work is inside happening right now. you can see from the surveillance footage from inside this store that the water made its way in and again flooded enough to force the closure due to a pump failure in this area that flooded nearby homes including pablo castro's, who says he's still drying out. >> we had to take the plywood out, too, and i had plastic underneath, and so we let them dry and then we're starting to cover them and install plywood subfloor again. >> so the work continues for him and peopleevery where in the area including mill valley are stocking up on sandbags as well as those in
