the system yesterday, very close but it went along the coast and has moved into central california. it is falling apart. it still did a pretty good job. we have had a couple of those already. 32 degrees. fremont, 41 degrees. 41 napa airport. some of the east bay temperatures, 38 degrees. brentwood, 48 degrees. our system is going and the clouds will go with it. there is nothing upstream for us except high-pressure. 60s and 70s today. >>> we have had a couple issues . we are looking at the macarthur maine. traffic is moving along okay. we did have slowing beginning to develop. getting to the bay bridge is not a problem. if you look over there and see the traffic is backed up, it is adding a 10-15 minute wait until you make it onto the bridge. this is interstate 880, the traffic here is looking good. if you are driving on the peninsula, the traffic is fine. we had an earlier accident in san jose. they are still clearing that. the traffic is light enough you can get some pretty good alternate routes onto 80. let's go back to the desk. >>> we are following a couple of developing stories

so they have now issued it for the north bay and the santa cruz mountains and the north bay coast central range, as well. look at the amount of rain expected, three to four inches for the north bay valleys. the mountains could get up to six. santa cruz mountains could see up to eight inches of rain. and that of course could lead to rock and mudslides, also debris flowing in the burn areas. and then some of the rivers and creeks are expected to rise, as well. now, here in san francisco, officials have set up temporary flood barriers in the mission district. kpix 5's anne makovec on the area that's notorious for flooding when the big storms roll through. >> reporter: this is the third rainy season the cihe city is g to have two workers out here 24 hours a day until the storm is over to monitor the situation and to move some of these barriers if needed. in san francisco, anne makevoc, kpix 5. >>> and a live look outside towards dublin. you can see the clouds are here and the flags are blowing a little bit in that wind. you can stay tuned for neda's full forecast in just about 15 minutes. >>>
