chris: these have been well flagged. we all know that policy normalization is coming this year from historically super accommodative stances, so i don't think at the moment the projected path that most people are expecting is what is going to cause too much pressure, but there's so many other headwinds that certainly those interest rate hikes adding onto the headwinds such as the energy price rise that is going to hit households, that can squeeze, and you've got brexit in the data. you've got demand continuing to rise at an increasing rate, but it is failing to accelerate in manufacturing despite his opening up. if you look at u.k. manufacturing exports, they are slumping. there's a gap between u.k. export performance and eurozone export performance, one of the widest we have seen in 15 years. brexit is the biggest headwind to manufacturing, greatly outweighing anything the bank of england doesn't terms of a headwind for manufacturing. anna: thank you very much for joining us, chris williamson, chief business economist a
