want to check in with christina loren.he has a look at the forecast. >> yeah, you know what, you don't have all that much beach to begin with. so you lose -- when you lose five feet of beach it's significant up there and they did say that it's not actually going to peak until later on this month. we've got to watch for more of that as we head throughout the coming days. let's look at what we can expect for today. you can see right now things are looking pretty good. we have on shore flow which has increased significantly by the system of low pressure. what's going to happen it's going to continue to drive to the east. as it does so it's going to bump this guy out of the way, nudging high pressure off to the east as well and for us, some nice marine air is going to continue to pull in. we are expecting good fog formation as we head throughout the morning especially along the coast. watch for that. temperatures are going to be really comfortable, though, as a result of that on shore flow, only the upper 70s across the bay. y

meteorologist rob mayeda is in for christina loren. >> good morning.nice start to the morning. we have sunshine even around san francisco and for most of our inland valleys now. we are seeing low clouds approach the coast. 50s for the moment. we have a healthy sea breeze reaching fairfield. with the on shore wind pattern our temperatures are going to stay fairly mild. and you're going to look for warmer temperatures, probably going to have to wait until wednesday. in the short-term we'll continue to see more clouds spilling over the north bay, strong sea breeze through tomorrow. by the middle of the week we'll see high pressure building with 70s and 80s for the inner bay and yes, 90s, july weather coming back as you round out the week ahead. around the bay area, 65 san francisco, 78 san jose, low 80s for morgan hill and santa rosa northward, the weather is going to get a little weird. increasing clouds and maybe a few stray showers across the north bay to early tomorrow. areas mainly ukiah north and there comes the warm-up as we pass the middle of the

let's check in with christina loren on this monday morning. good morning. >> well, good morning to you. you know, mondays can be tough, and when the weather is hot it doesn't make things easier in the afternoon as you make your way home. this monday, though, we're getting such a treat. we have cooler weather on the way. right now the fog that we are expecting to really start to sock in our bridges hasn't started developing yet so we're still looking good. we are expecting a pretty significant round as we head throughout afternoon. foggy conditions particularly at the coast that will make for a gray start. could see some of the fog so dense that it generates that mist so watch out for that. we're looking dry. visibilities clear across the board. as we head through probably the next hour i do think we're going to lose a lot of this visibility, santa rosa, san francisco, down the peninsula as onshore flow has kicked in. our temperatures are in the 50s, we're headed toward the 70s and that's it. we continue to cool down for the next couple of days
