looking at that now, we join chuck bell who is on the storm team 4 weather deck. >> reporter: good morning, tom. a good tuesday morning, everybody. it's cold outside here this morning. 30 degrees on the storm team 4 weather deck. as tom mentioned, a cloudy sky overhead. this little first snow chance as tom was talking about is on its way out. but there's another chance on its heels. this is the one we were watching yesterday for tomorrow. here's the snow forecast for tomorrow. again, another very weak, very fast-moving system. and as a result it's not going to leave much in the way of snow. best chance of seeing an inch of snow will be in the northern and western suburbs. parts of loudoun county, northern montgomery, out to frederick and hagerstown in northern maryland. that's the best chance of seeing 1 to 2 inches of snow. it should be a relatively low impact event. the problem with it is that tomorrow's snow chances coming in just in time for the morning rush. so there's a possibility, anyway, we could see some school delays tomorrow morning. tom, back to you. >> all right, chuck, thank
