what we're watching is one very strong tomorrow newcastle county into kent county. a very strong thunderstorm and heavy rain in piles grove and it is weakening a bit. just that one though. the other storm we're watching moving into middletown that. one is very strong and it's severe so that means damage willing wins near 60 miles per hour and damaging lightning and potentially rain. warnings are up in kent county until 5:15. smyrna, you're seeing it approach the area at 5:14 and stowe creek 5:27 and bridgeton by about 5:37. this one is travel to the east right around 30 to 40 miles an hour. take a look at the number of lightning strikes. this is moving right through middletown and right through newcastle county and right across the major interstates and the-mile-an-hour roads and also precip rate of a little over four inches an hour in some of the heaviest amounts. flood advisories are up because of this and also from new jersey that we saw earlier. if you're in mt. laurel you're seeing heavy rain and heavy rain there and the flood advisory from newcastle county tow

more storms heading into the lehigh valley and parts of berks county, lehigh county and northampton countyrge line of very strong to severe storms heading in this direction and keep in mind with any severe storms, winds, lightning, heavy lightning possible and another another round is heading our way. these storms are mostly moving southeast around 45 miles an hour. if you're in whitehall township expect them by 5:43 and allentown 5:45 and exeter closer to 6:00 and potstown by 6:07. another area of very strong thunderstorms, still looking at a severe thunderstorm warning for this area of bucks county including buckingham and new briton and this is all going to go until 6:00 p.m. because of the severe nature of this thunderstorm. we're seeing pretip rates almost 2 1/2 inches or more per hour. could be look at localized flooding and lightning strikes in this area alone in the past 15 minutes are almost up to 150 so a little more than what we had earlier. that severe strong thunderstorm could be seeing damaging one near 60 miles per hour. in mercer county you're dealing with spotty heavy rain

now and also newcastle county and kent county and marts of sussex county, we're looking at another lines moving in here and this one is coming in from maryland. this line of storms will be moving into these areas. would i say within about 30 minutes we'll see the strong storms moving in so that severe thunderstorm warning for the rest of delaware goes until 5:15. middletown, expect it at 4:53 and smyrna by 5:05 and dover 5:22. so that's another round of strong storms with potentially damaging winds, heavy rain, localrized rain and creek flooding and that even extends up to the philadelphia area and mostly now into our new jersey neighborhoods. waterford is about to see heavy rain, tabernacle moving across the ac expressway. this is some heavy rain that has been leading to the potential for localized flooding, again, flooded roadways and also some flooded creeks, so, again, this is heavy rain across the area. it already moved through south philly but now we're seeing some of the heaviest in parts of new jersey so that's one area that we're watching right now and a lot of this heavy rain

statewide mandatory training for county boards of elections, county board members and states county elections officials are expected to attend this training and is the training that they use to train counties. that training has been set for months for august 8 and 9th which is seven weeks from yesterday in seven weeks from today. so that is when county elections officials are going to be trained on what the rules are for the election and given the materials to take back to their counties and use for training. if any changes are made after that day, then it becomes an issue not just of educating people about the rules are but reeducating people. it's not what we have party been told, it's now going to be this and that also means redoing testimony and evidence in the trial court about what is called the station guide. it's the big resource manual essentially that every poll worker has to their station that has all the information about how to do everything. that would have to be redone in order for accurate information to be available to county poll workers. >> what does the information now say
