friday, march 6th, i'm dave clark. ther and traffic and steve, it looks, it feels beautiful. >> it's going to be a great day for us. above average on the temps, dave. it's clear, not a cloud to be found. not even any fog. maybe late sunday, fog creeps back had on the coast. all the way into 70s, 71 as you might imagine, these are all well above average for this time of year. it was cold this morning, a lot of 30s. now mid-50s in half moon bay and in san francisco. it just doesn't look like anything's going to happen until next week. until then, colder mornings, afternoon, 30s, 40s give way to 70s. all right, brian, anything you want to report? >>> anything new, well, we're still keeping an eye on the traffic along the peninsula this morning, steve on 280 in woodside. that's severe traffic alert this morning. it's affecting the right two lanes near 280 and 204. traffic off the san mateo bridge on both direction e- directions of 101 very busy. 880 now, still remains sloi and go from union city on to -- remains slow and go

i'm dave clark. let's talk about your weather and traffic. steve paulson is here with your forecast. >>> looks better. a lot of sunshine. cooler on the lows. if you are heading up to seattle or portland, that's where some moderate to heavy rain, north of california now. we had our share in northern california yesterday. but that's a good sign that high pressure has decided to build in in a big way. we have a little bit of fog out there. not a lot. but there's some mainly going north to south. it's not making much of an impact for inland areas. mostly clear. patchy fog. a lot of sun. it will be warmer for most. 41 napa due to the lack of cloud cover. there are areas in the 40s or 50s. a little cooler. we'll rebound fast. you can see why. it's a roller coaster heading up. that means a lot of sun. warmer temps. above average, you might expect. we should be 62, 68. most locations will be well above that with a lot of low to mid-70s. we'll see how long this pattern lasts. here's sal with an update on the traffic. slow but anything? >>> we do have

i'm dave clark. >>> let's talk about your weather and traffic. steve is off today but we're lucky to have mark tamayo here. >> today we're talking about dense fog. watch out for a big dropoff off of visibilities. as far as the rain chances, we had the rain showers yesterday. not the case for today. watch out for lower clouds. especially up in the north bay, novato, santa rosa, napa, dense fog reports up there. here is a look at current numbers. the coolest spots in the lower 40s. most areas around the bay. san francisco to the low to mid- 50s. some of the fog reports, santa rosa, half-mile. this fog bank has been floating around not only up here but the bay area back towards san francisco bay, the santa clara valley as well. warmer today, that's the headline. it will be a warm friday and saturday. it will be humid out there. into sunday, we bring in a chance of a few showers. here's the forecast for today. we'll break it down. partly cloudy skies. patchy fog this morning. 8:00 temperatures, mid-40s to the mid-50s and then into the afternoon hours
